Your impact at Vertec
As part of the documentation team, you will help maintain our online Knowledge Base, edit training materials for the Vertec courses and contribute to editing our release notes for our software updates. You will also work on testing and description of additional features that can be applied as standardized features into existing Vertec environments at the push of a button. Bring your technical know-how and take our documentation to the next level together with the team!
Your challenges
You know exactly how to present technical content in a comprehensive and user-friendly manner
You have an eye for detail and the copy you create meets high quality standards
You know about the effects and what it means for our customers when new features or changes to our product are rolled out
Understanding the demands and daily work of our customers is an easy exercise for you
Your assets
You are software-savvy, have no fear of contact and a very good technical understanding, so that you can understand our ERP- & CRM-software best
You enjoy writing texts and are adept at formulating technical instructions
You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
You have a sense and perseverance for precision and standardization processes
You value an independent way of working and tackle new challenges hands-on
